Christian Raeuber has more than 20 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry. Aside from freight forwarding, he is a specialist in the fields of events management, web-development and in providing outsourcing solutions for forwarders and networks in the Philippines.

Melvin Xavier has been involved in the freight forwarding industry almost all of his life. He grew up in his family freight business and has been working with them for 16 years now. As one of the Directors at Golden Cargo Services, he is responsible for overseeing and managing portfolio of key accounts across their offices in Dubai, Kuwait, Cochin,

Malaysia and Singapore. During his time at GCS, he played a role on the development of their company with their turnovers tripling and revenues increasing by 125%. He is also the co-founder and director of a specialist freight network called Cold Chain Connect and regional network called Emerge Freight Alliance. CCC is a network committed to bringing together professionals that are passionate about Cold Chain Logistics – a network which is in line with his strength in the field of perishables, while Emerge is an alliance for forwarders who have a shared interest in Africa and the Middle East. He recently had the honor of completing his FIATA Diploma from NAFL. He also was voted as one of the Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs amongst Indians in the Middle East and North Africa Region and featured in the Super 100 Publication. He also runs training programs at the Local Freight Institute (National Association of Freight and Logistics).
